Wellbeing Week activities continued in the college over the last few days. The 6th years had a ‘Wellbeing Breakfast’ while all senior cycle groups attending an Alcohol and Drug Awareness Workshop.

Wellbeing Week Day 2: We were delighted to welcome back past pupil and former Munster and Ireland player Stephen Archer to talk to the 2nd and 3rd years. The 2nd years also enjoyed games in Lansdowne.

Congratulations to CBC TY Student Tom McGrath who had a great week playing for Ireland in the U17 European Championship Qualifiers in Austria. Tom had the honour of captaining the team in two of their games, with the team topping their group by winning all three matches against Austria, Kosovo and the Faroe Islands. They now move to to the elite phase of the qualification campaign next spring and are among the top seeds in the draw. Well done Tom!

Wellbeing Week Day 1: Wellbeing Week kicked off yesterday in the College. The 1st years had a Q & A session with past pupil and Cork Senior Hurling Captain Rob Downey while the 3rd and 5th years boys enjoyed games in Lansdowne.
