MTU Regional SciFest Fair 2026

Congratulations to Cillian Ó Riordáin, 3rd Year, who won the MTU Regional SciFest Fair today for his project titled 'Against the Herd - the Cooperative Routing for Cork City.' Cillian will now compete in the SciFest National Final later in the year.

Congratulations also to Fifth Years Raed Naseer and Cathal Lyons who won the ESERO Ireland Discover Space Student Award for their project titled 'Launching Ireland's Future.' Well done to their teacher Ms O'Brien who won the ESERO Ireland Discover Space Teacher Award.

Well done to all our students from First to Fifth Year involved in this year's fair. Sincere thanks to Ms Vicki Hennessy and Ms Michelle O'Brien for all their work with our young scientists.
