Our Dean Ryan squad and management deserve enormous credit for their outstanding performance in yesterday’s final. Falling short by just two points is never easy, but the courage, skill and commitment shown throughout the game, in very difficult conditions, reflect the very best of our school and our sporting tradition. We are immensely proud of every player and coach involved. We also extend our warmest congratulations to Ardscoil Rís on their well-earned victory. Thank you for the sporting nature of the contest and the respect shown on and off the field. Games like this showcase everything that is good about schools’ hurling. Well done to all involved.
