CBC Welcomes Laya Healthcare as Official Rugby Player Welfare Partner

Christian Brothers College Cork is delighted to announce that Laya Healthcare has joined the school as its official rugby player welfare partner in an important development that underscores the College's unwavering commitment to student wellbeing.

As part of this collaboration, Laya Healthcare is sponsoring the College's new medical facilities at Lansdowne Sports Complex, enhancing the level of essential supports provided to CBC's players across all age grades.

College Principal David Lordon expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership: 'We are very grateful for the wonderful support being given to our school's rugby programme by Laya Healthcare. Our relationship with Laya forms an important part of exciting ongoing developments in Christians rugby. These enhanced medical facilities reinforce our continued commitment to player safety and wellbeing, both on and off the pitch.'

The collaboration between CBC and Laya represents a significant investment in player welfare infrastructure and demonstrates both organisations' shared values around prioritising the health and safety of young athletes. This partnership, which is being widely welcomed by players and parents alike, will further ensure that the highest priority is placed on player health and welfare throughout the school's rugby programme.
