Appointment of Mr Jonny Holland as CBC Director of Rugby and Senior Head Coach

CBC is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Jonny Holland as the school’s Director of Rugby and Senior Head Coach.

Jonny will build on his role over the past two years as Elite Performance Director and will lead the Rugby management team in Christians with overall responsibility for Rugby development and coaching, aligning with the school’s overall mission and values.

Following a successful career with Munster, Jonny moved into coaching and management with Cork Constitution RFC, and in 2024 led the club as Head Coach to AIL Division 1A title success. Jonny also draws on his considerable experience in elite sport as a performance nutritionist.

Welcoming the appointment, Principal Mr David Lordon said “Through an enhanced role as Director of Rugby and Senior Head Coach, Jonny will lead the College in the achievement of its development goals, aligning his vision with our commitment to excellence on and off the pitch. We are excited about the experience and energy he will bring over the coming season”.
