The College is currently seeking an experienced full time Financial Administrator.
This position would suit an ambitious person from a finance or accounting background with a minimum of 3 years experience.
The role requires excellent IT, organisational and communications skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

FINANCIAL DUTIES
The responsibilities include, but are not confined to, those listed below. The Financial Administrator will
undertake other duties pertaining to the role as may be decided by the Principal and/or the Board of Management
and/or as may be dictated by the needs of the school.
Prepare weekly payroll & related Revenue returns
Generate sales orders/invoices and manage debt control
Record supplier invoices, set up and manage electronic payments to suppliers and maintain creditors
ledgers
Prepare monthly management accounts
Reconcile bank accounts and other control accounts
Manage VAT and RCT procedures and ensure Revenue compliance
Maintain all financial records and support the management team on all financial matters
Prepare financial reports for submission to Finance Sub-Committee & Board of Management
Prepare end of year accounts to Trial Balance for audit & liaise with accountants
Prepare and assist in managing Budgets and Projections
Update databases and keep an organised and updated system of financial records
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
Assist Principal with relevant administrative tasks
Line manager for ancillary service providers and report to Principal
Assist in the main office functions as required
