ARTS WEEK:
CBC celebrated another fantastic Arts Week from 4-10 November 2007. Apart from exam classes, the whole school was involved in some way in the celebration of the Arts. There were workshops, competitions, concerts, exhibitions, enough to engage the whole school for a
hectic but thoroughly enjoyable week. The teachers also got involved with a fantastic end of
Arts Week concert in the College Hall. There were workshops in painting, pottery, puppet-making, sculpture, poetry, writing, percussion, song-writing, photography and video making, to name just a few. Music filled the corridors of the College with various lunch time concerts and performances, culminating in the Grand Finale concert at the end of the week. Arts Weeks is in its tenth year and continues to go from success to success.
